ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Account Executive will be in charge of managing all client account needs from; social media presence, content creation, grid management, analytics, e-reputation management, and more. This person will be fully competent at building and sustaining long lasting, professional relationships with the client accounts they are responsible for. They will also be targeted on finding new business and work collaboratively at times with others in the team to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE DUTIES:

• Build long lasting, professional relationship with various clients.
• Communicate directly with your specified accounts and ensure a thorough record of notes is kept in order to manage expectations clearly.
• Manage a robust schedule, meeting deadlines, whilst handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Provide innovative content tailored to the needs of the client.
• Collaborate with other team members to create strategic marketing plans for each account.
• Forecast and track all related analytics and adapt strategy, where needed, for maximum impact.
• Address all feedback professionally, especially those that may be damaging to the client account and its brand image.
• Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
• Build your own client book, bringing in new leads based on a monthly target set and agreed on with your line manager.

APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS

• Creative or marketing degree or similar experience in the workforce.
• Interest in the digital marketing industry - with experience using platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, and influencer relations.
• An eager attitude to connect with new clients and take on new challenges that the company is presented with.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship through company.
• Portfolio of previous work is an asset.

This person will be fully competent at building and sustaining long lasting, professional relationships with the client accounts they are responsible for. It will be their mission to adopt the client's branding, visual identity and tone of voice across social and digital platforms.

JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE DUTIES:

• Build long lasting, professional relationship with various clients.
• Create innovative digital content tailored to the needs of the client.
• Write engaging copy across client's digital platforms.
• Assist the senior team members with social media duties, from community management to optics like hashtagging, DM's, etc.
• Manage a robust schedule, meeting deadlines, whilst handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Assist the team with researching trends, innovations and influencers across all social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram & TikTok.
• Collaborate with other team members to create strategic marketing plans for each account.
• Forecast and track all related analytics and adapt strategy, where needed, for maximum impact.
• Address all feedback professionally, especially those that may be damaging to the client account and its brand image.

APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS

• Creative/Business degree, or similar experience in the workforce.
• Competency with using the Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferable
• Strong at copywriting and written communication.
• A genuine love of all things social media.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship through company.
• Portfolio of previous work is an asset, but not essential.
